THEME BASED
Theme-based websites are great for simpler projects that don’t need high-end graphic design or custom code. In a template-based build, you’ll choose from a bank of pre-made website design concepts, then work with Efomi to fill in your content (text, images, videos) and apply your visual brand identity (logo, colours, fonts). The process goes as follow:
- Content Planning & Creation: We’ll help you plan out the pages of your site, then work with you to assemble, edit, and/or create new content (text, images, videos) to be used throughout your site.
- Platform Setup: We’ll set up a server environment, then install and configure your chosen template so that it matches your brand’s look and feel.
- Content Loading: We’ll migrate content from your existing site and/or load in new content that has been created as appropriate.
- Launch & Training: We’ll archive your old site and launch your new one. Then, we’ll also train you on how to update and care for your site going forward.
CUSTOM
Our custom Website Development, is designed to take your organisation’s website to the next level. The process begins with a series of strategic meetings where we help you articulate your audience, brand, product offering, competitive landscape, culture and marketing strategy. Through that process we’ll create a custom website strategy for your organisation, including sitemap, user flows, messaging and key wireframes.
- Content Creation: We’ll write or edit text, and gather appropriate photos/videos for your website.
- Visual Design: We’ll create a website look and feel that matches the strategy we’ve defined together. Then we’ll build out web designs for key site pages.
- Code: We’ll convert approved visual designs into pixel-perfect front-end website code, which will then be applied to a content management system (CMS) for easier building and management. We’ll program the site to adapt as appropriate on mobile/tablet devices, and we’ll perform extensive QA testing on all major browser/OS combinations.
