Inspired by her family’s work with Mother Teresa, founder, Rochelle Motha lives and breathes her RocEthical motto: ‘Wear to Care’. RocEthical are pioneers in the production of environmentally friendly, ethical clothing made from reclaimed fabrics. Their fairtrade dresses, jumpsuits and tops are designed by Rochelle in the UK before being lovingly constructed in Sri Lanka by women who are emerging from crisis. The social enterprise thrives on the fact that it does not commit to any seasonal changes or trends, rather it utilises the waste to its fullest potential to create bespoke, plastic-free recycled clothing. Even the tags are made from biodegradable elephant dung embedded with plantable tomato or sunflower seeds!
